Dropped by late afternoon during the weekday. No line to go inside. Very few people inside. They are having year end closeouts. On top of their usual markdowns. You can get pretty good deals on designer merchandise here. This is the outlet store for their flagship stores Saks fifth Avenue. The entrance is located in the courtyard area. The entrance doors off the street are closed for access.

Wow, I was so shocked that they made me wait over 10mins to return something since they had put on a wrong tag and did not even apologize for the wait and treating me like I brought something I did not purchase there. I love this place but wow. . CS definitely needs improvement!

I wanted to find a thin camel sweater to wear under a camel tent dress, and ended up with about 20 choices ranging from $20-120! It was hard to narrow down so I bought 2!!

I bet you they’d make a lot more money is they fixed their awful dysmorphia inducing fluorescent lighting in the dressing room. I don’t think I’ve felt uglier anywhere in LA than in their dressing room. Bought something on a whim, tried it on again at home and felt 10x better wearing it.
